DANCE & DRAMA INSTRUCTORS

Do you have dance or drama training with a passion for working with kids? Check out these job opportunities at our afterschool program and summer camp:

Afterschool: Instructors pick up children from neighborhood schools and bring them to our studio in walking groups or by bus. There, the kids take part in an afternoon full of dance technique, drama, and fitness classes, as well as supervised homework time and other fun activities.

Our afterschool program runs Monday-Friday from 3-6pm. For the 23-24 school year, we’re especially interested in applicants with availability on Wednesday, Thursday and/or Friday afternoons.

Summer Camp: Every week-long session includes dance and drama classes, outdoor activities, games and art projects. On Wednesdays, we take a walking trip to a nearby spray ground. On Fridays, the kids will show off what they’ve learned throughout the week at an informal 30-minute presentation.

Summer camp runs Monday-Friday 8:45am-6pm, with flexible hours available.

We’re always looking for instructors who are responsible, but fun, with the drive to inspire kids to learn and grow in the arts. College students are encouraged to apply, please email Emily (emily@phillydancefitness) with your resume and cover letter.

PROGRAM ASSISTANTS

Same as above, except you’ll be assisting instead of teaching.

We’re looking for someone responsible, but fun, who can inspire these kids and assist the instructors as necessary. Please email Emily (emily@phillydancefitness) with your resume and cover letter.
