Calling all budding musicians!

Check out our next session of small-group piano classes!

Piano is the quintessential accompaniment for musical theater rehearsals, ballet classes and even classical concerts. It’s a perfect instrument for building a foundation in music – and especially fun for kids who want to sing along while they play!

No prior experience necessary for intro classes. Keyboards will be provided for use at the studio. (Unfortunately, we don’t have space for multiple pianos but keyboards work just as well for learning purposes.) It’s helpful to have a keyboard or piano at home for practice, but not required.

Cost: $320 for the fall session (16 weeks total: August 25 – December 16, no classes November 23-27). Afterschool participants get 15% off – email us to sign up instead of registering on this page to get your discount!

Can’t make these times? Private and semi-private lessons are available on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays by request. In fact, we highly recommend combining a weekly private lesson along with a group class — you’ll see a dramatic difference in how much your child learns in a shorter amount of time.  Contact us to schedule!

Intro to Piano — K-2nd graders

Learn to play piano through musical treasure hunts, movement games, coloring activities and more! This introductory course will cover basic rhythms, note letter names, note values/rests, finger numbers and simple songs.

Continuing Piano – 1st-3rd graders

Take your piano skills to the next level! For students with a baseline understanding of piano finger numbers, note values and simple scales (generally at least 6 months of prior experience). Students will continue learning more notes and rhythms as they practice new songs and dive into reading sheet music.
